Optional Featured placements cost £7.99 GBP per business per month. Your basic listing remains free.

Live featured subscriptions are being prepared. Payments are not enabled yet.

What is included?

A clearly labelled Featured placement on your city page and priority within your existing category and relevant search results. Featured cards have a purple border, a tinted background and a star badge. Multiple Featured businesses rotate fairly each hour; there is no exclusive slot or guaranteed number of enquiries.

Basic listings remain free. A Featured badge indicates paid promotion, not verification of ownership or service quality. Ownership verification remains a separate manual process.

Subscription details

Only approved business listings with manually approved ownership claims can subscribe. One £7.99 GBP monthly subscription covers one listing in its existing city and category. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.

Manage billing allows payment-method updates and cancellation at the end of the paid period. Failed renewals do not extend placement. Refunds, disputes, immediate subscription cancellation or revoked ownership remove the affected placement. A revoked claim does not automatically cancel Stripe billing; the directory operator must cancel it and review any refund.

Successful payment must be confirmed by Stripe before a placement appears. Directory pages refresh hourly, so a placement or its removal may take up to an hour to appear in cached pages.

The final refund, tax and privacy policies must be approved and published before live payments open.
